First Southern Baptist Church Salina has several ministries for Children to be blessed by! We've also taken proper measures to make sure your children are safe and in good hands. Our children's teachers and nursery workers are screened before they can volunteer in our Children's programs. We have cameras in every room and are live-streamed on public monitors for anyone to see. Finally, our building is locked and patrolled by a security team during Sunday School and Worship times. You can have peace of mind about your children and be excited about all that we have to offer them. Check out all the exciting ministries that we have going on for our kiddos!
On Wednesday nights, 6:00-7:15 PM, our children participate in AWANA.
Every child from pre-school through 6th grade has a Sunday School class at 9:00 AM.
On Sunday Mornings, during the sermon, our children attend Children's Church.
Sunday Nights from 6:30-8:00 PM, 4th-6th graders meet as The W.A.Y Group where they bring theological questions to the table and we expound on them through scripture. We also volunteer in the community once a month.
Newborns up to 3 years old have a fantastic Nursery where they can be nurtured!
Nursing Mothers have a quiet room with 1-way windows so they can tend to their infants while enjoying the service in a private, quiet room with several amenities.
