At FSBC Salina, we love our youth. Concentrating on Middle School and High School students, we care about all aspects of their lives. However, above all, we value their relationship with Jesus Christ. We recognize that our youths are valuable resources and tools for God’s kingdom, and we want to do everything we can to empower and equip them for Christ-like service today. Though we have a lot of fun together, we dive deep into our studies and fellowship. We learn about theology (the study of God and all things related), apologetics (how to defend Christianity), hermeneutics (how to study and interpret Scripture), and practical skills to flourish in our Christian living. Though we learn a lot, we know the struggles of being a teenager are genuine and legitimate. Our youth group is a safe place for all students from walks of life. We’re going to love every student and point them to Jesus. Our Wednesday nights are reserved for High School Bible studies, and our Sunday nights are our main meeting time for both Middle and High Schoolers.
Each year we take several trips together. These include week-long camps and weekend conferences. We are also adding a yearly mission trip to our schedule. If you have any questions or want to learn more about our youth ministry, please do not hesitate to contact us! Blessings!
